Keystone is a Realtor focused MLS Data Entry tool that uses KF RETS. Since it uses KF RETS, it is a 100% RETS 1.7 compliant, browser based, client application allowing users to enter, search for and manage Real Estate listings.

It is the industry’s first self configuring RETS Update client using standard RETS metadata, with a few extensions that have been submitted to the RETS working group, to produce data entry forms for real estate listings, in a presentation style which can be unique to a particular Board or Locale.

Keystone has it’s own Rule engine that uses rule metadata passed down from the RETS server to optimize the users data entry and provide a productive and intuitive “user experience”. Rules are taken from the RETS Metadata and executed as the user is entering data to provide the user with immediate feedback so that errors can be fixed as they are made rather than waiting until the end of the process.

When first introduced into the MRIS market place as a complementary product to the legacy Data Input application, an 85% adoption of the new product was achieved within 6 months with no training classes offered.
